Post-Session Self-Care

What does your soul need to heal during your session?  (Think in terms of symptoms, phobias, unexplained pains, fears, etc).

Each session is unique. Let go of preconceived notions about hypnosis and embrace the experience. You'll be conscious and aware throughout, and your participation is key to the session's success. It is beneficial to come with an open mind and a clear intention of what you'd like to explore or resolve.

  • During hypnosis, you remain fully awake and conscious, not asleep.

  • You will be aware of your surroundings and your experience won’t resemble a forgotten dream.

  • It’s similar to being in a daydream, where you are aware of what you are saying and remember most of the experience.

  • Feeling like you’re making up the scenarios is common and normal; this is how your imagination works to unlock the subconscious and unconscious mind.

Hypnosis is simply a unique state of concentrated awareness. Embrace this journey and allow your soul to lead the way.

  • Open Mindset: Approach the session with an open mind, ready to let your subconscious lead. Your initial list of issues will guide the session's beginning, but be prepared to explore deeper subconscious matters.

  • Calm and Clear Mind: Meditate or engage in calming activities like walking or listening to soothing music. Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine intake the day before and on the day of your session.

  • Client Information: Complete and submit the Client Information, Agreement, and Waiver Form at least a week before your session.

  • Eating Habits: Since sessions may last 3 to 4 hours, please have a light meal beforehand. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Don't worry if you need a bathroom break during the session, as it won't hinder the hypnosis process.

  • Recording: All sessions are recorded for your reference. You may remember parts of the session, but the recording helps reinforce the experience.

  • Self-Healing: Understand that the session is a guided experience where you play a vital role in your healing. The practitioner assists, but the core healing comes from within you.

  • Mental Preparation: Focus on what your soul needs to heal. Set an intention for a successful session without specific expectations. Avoid setting questions for your Higher Self, as the session is about your personal healing.

  • Environment Preparation: Ensure your cell phone and your electronic watch is in airplane mode during the session to avoid distractions; even silent mode can cause interruptions. The session requires privacy; please ensure no one else is in the room (including pets) or overhearing the call.

  • Physical Preparation: Be sober and avoid recreational drugs or alcohol. Get a good night's sleep before the session and practice relaxing or listening to the practitioner's voice if provided.

  • Sound Healing: Note that I might use tuning forks and/or singing bowls as part of the session's process.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, a full refund of your deposit is available up to 14 business days prior to the appointment. If canceled after the 14th day but before the 7th business day prior to the session, a 50% refund will be provided. Additionally, session rescheduling is possible if notification is received at least 7 business days before the scheduled session. However, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Should you feel unwell, please inform me at the earliest convenience to reschedule, as sessions cannot proceed if you are sick. Additionally, please note that arriving in-person or joining via Zoom more than 30 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment. It's advisable to plan ahead for potential delays like traffic or technical difficulties for online sessions.

Post-Session Experience

Post-hypnosis, you'll likely feel a mix of alertness and profound relaxation, possibly entering a state of bliss. It's common to experience a sensation of energy surging through your body, or alternatively, feelings of nausea or the need for extended rest. Doubts about the authenticity of your experience, such as thinking you fabricated the hypnosis, are also normal. To reorient yourself, drink plenty of water and have a meal. Regarding the session recording, promptly download it onto your computer as the link has a limited lifespan. Avoid listening to it while driving, as each playback can bring new insights and contribute to ongoing self-healing.

The effects of the session may unfold gradually, as significant shifts in the quantum realm can manifest subtly over time. Stay mindful of ongoing healing and any synchronicities that arise following your session.
